This waterfront and beachy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located on the second floor of a serene complex with waterfront views of a large section of the intercoastal waterways of Indian Shores. Prepared to be wowed by the gorgeous view from the living room, balcony, and master bedroom of the waterfront pool and intercoastal waterways. This condo features two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, an updated kitchen with all new appliances (Dec '23), and an enclosed balcony.

Bay Mariner Condos boasts beautiful grounds for you to stroll alongside the intercoastal waterways of Indian Shores while watching dolphins, manatees, and other native wildlife swim by. The picture to your left is sunrise outside your front door. There are plenty of amenities for those of all ages to enjoy- a waterfront heated pool (current pool temp 88 degrees) and hot tub, shuffleboard, weight room (new equipment), and sauna in each of the locker rooms, billiard room and card table for gathering with friends, plus a clubhouse with a full kitchen and room to gather while you're here. The pool is the largest and warmest on the beach great for laps. One of the top beach rentals on Indian Shores. This is a quiet, relaxing environment.
