Prepared to be wowed by the gorgeous view from the living room, balcony, and master bedroom of the waterfront pool and intercoastal waterways.  

The dining room has seating for 6 people with bright overhead light.   The living room has two comfortable new sofas.  The entire unit was remodeled in 2021.

 There is plenty of seating around the dining room table that is open to the living room for easy gathering and quality family/ friend time while you're here. 

 This condo features two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, an updated kitchen, and a sunny enclosed balcony.

 Bay Mariner Condos boasts beautiful grounds for you to stroll alongside the intercoastal waterways of Indian Shores while watching dolphins, manatees, and other native wildlife swim by.  

 There are plenty of amenities for those of all ages to enjoy- a waterfront heated pool and hot tub, shuffleboard, weight room, and sauna in each of the locker rooms, billiard room and card table for gathering with friends, plus a clubhouse with a full kitchen and room to gather while you're here. 

Enjoy the newly fitted king size bed in the master bedroom.

Wake up in the master bedroom, you can see the pool, boats going by on the inter-coastal. Room has mounted television and ceiling fan.

The master bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

All new appliances were installed in December  2023.  There are plenty of utensils and a air fryer, blender and teapot. 

The guest bedroom had a queen bed and a single Trumble. Per request at booking, we can add another single bunk bed as well. Great for families with small children. 

The second bathroom includes a tub/shower combo with a large mirror.
